2. Maintained By NOC
BG Data Center Telepoint network and facilities are maintained by their Network Operations Center (NOC), which is staffed 24 hours a days, 7 days a week by our skilled technicians. We are able to offer a high-quality, regional service because of our combination of network and service. TELEPOINT’s redundant Colocation and Data Center provides the ideal place to host your business’ critical communications, servers, and hardware when downtime is an option.
There are many options for colocation. From single RU shared colocation spaces to private suits, you can choose. Fair power usage billing and flexible upgrade of rack space.
One-48 RUs in a shared rack, Lockable cupboards, Power and cooling capacity, Redundant power sources and Hands and Eyes services are all part of shared colocation.
Dedicated Colocation includes 1/4, 1/2 or more private rack cabinets. There are no limits to the AC/DC power supply. Lockable cabinets can be locked with individual keys or a secure code. Hands and Eyes service is available. CCTV cameras are installed on racks. Equipment can also be accessed 24/7.
You can reach more than 100 international and local service providers, as well as 500 business customers, through fast and flexible network connections.
Cross-connect options includes Fiber optical-simplex (SM, MM), Fiber optic-duplex (SM, MM), Copper-UTP/FTP (RJ-25 or RJ-11), Copper—Coax.
Types of cross-connect includes Switchable – Unlimited end-point repatching during usage period, Fixed , and No end-point changes during usage period.
5. Cabling in-house
The In-house cabling service allows you to lay the communication cable before the service is used. Qualified Telepoint engineers perform all pre-cabling activities in accordance to the requirements of the customer.

7. Hands and Eyes Services
Telepoint customers can use Remote Hands and Eyes to remotely access their equipment 24×7 for routines. Contact our MSC to order HES.
This service includes Restart, Termination of patch, Equipment power cycle, Measurement of patch cord, OTDR measurement, Configuration of IPMI, Backup tape replacement, Screenshots, and email.
8. Support for customers
Telepoint Monitoring and Support Center is available 24 hours a day. MSC staff are engineers, technicians, system administrators, security specialists, and network administrators who can assist customers in their day to-to-day operations.
The BMS monitors critical DC environment parameters such as temperature, humidity and power availability. If an issue occurs, the engineers at MSC are trained to respond accordingly.
24/7 MSC Duty Engineers are capable of Perforating HES, Rack/unrack equipment, Monitoring important parameters of the DC environment, Parcel management, Management of facilities, CCTV surveillance, Management of access control, Problems with equipment or internal systems, You can escalate an issue by using the fastest escalation routes.
