Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will grant you full control over your mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can forward mails from one mailbox account to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your mail accounts against spam mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming email messages based on specific rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and modify the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Just choose the mailbox you would like to redirect emails from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
